Rio & Charlie's 1st Trip to the Beach

This is the beach about a mile from my apartment. The bridge in the background (hwy 90) is the new one built after Katrina.

Last weekend we took the pups to the beach. It was their first time to see the ocean and I wasn't sure how they would like the waves and sand, but once they got there they started running and bouncing and absolutely loved it. Rio kicked up so much sand that he got it into his eyes.

After that he chased the birds that were on the sea wall where Ann & Charlie were sitting. As you can see Charlie chose to march around and look for crabs and such.

Meanwhile I chased after Rio.

We all had a great time.
