Here are some of the pictures I took while I was off for Christmas.



I took these pictures on Hwy 90. The artwork was created by artists Marlin Miller and Dayton Scoggins after the Oak trees were covered in the salty waters of Hurricane Katrina. In order to preserve them they were sculpted into ocean related art. I think it is absolutely amazing that they were done with a chainsaw.








Did you notice that some of the trees have green on them. I dont know about the ones right there in biloxi but some in gulfport and long beach actually have new growth on them. The tree didnt completely die.
